Life happens, and often it’s reflected in real estate title. Death, inheritance, investment, marriage, bankruptcy—these are events which prompt the sale or purchase of real estate. Some of those circumstances are happy, and some are heartbreaking and very personal.

At Land Title of America, Inc., we’re all about moving forward, even when it’s difficult to do so. We use the business tools at our disposal to help people get through property ownership transitions. Good title work should do this—to make whole what is broken in a chain of title, to resolve immediate questions of ownership, and prevent further questions in the future. Good title work should establish a foundation from which resiliency can take place.
You don’t want to be stuck in a bad situation; we’re here to help work through title problems, to get beyond whatever is clouding property ownership, and affirm a clean chain of title from that point.
Land Title has been in this business for twenty-nine years, and Cindy Brown has been a part of our team for twenty-seven of those years. In 2025, she suffered a major medical issue and left our office in an ambulance. Thankfully, she’s okay. Through unhesitating heroics, determined medical professionals, and lots of prayer Cindy recovered and persevered to return to Land Title. But she’s not here to dwell on it.
Cindy is committed to moving forward through hard times. She has done this in her title work for customers, and applied the same principle in her personal life. Her event was traumatic, and she has walked on from it to conduct business in the highest professional manner, where customer service is extremely important. She’s here to help people move forward through whatever personal hardships in property title that they bring to the closing table. And Land Title is very glad to have Cindy back.
“To every person who prayed for me, inquired about my well-being, and genuinely cared about my recovery, I offer sincerest gratitude.” – Cindy Brown
