not something happening somewhere else. Unfortunately, it’s moved into our area, and every
area with greater use of online access.
Title Insurance provides and pays for legal representation to defend property ownership
rights—and it will also pay the policy amount insured should that defense fail. While Title
Insurance cannot stop fraud, it can reduce the financial punch to the customer. Can you imagine
